Our experience with Zephyr has always been great. Paul comes out and gives an estimate and he is very very friendly and professional. The work on our replacements windows has always been excellent. The team comes in, preps the area to keep things clean and safe and removes the old windows. The install team are always friendly and professional. After the install, the team provides a thorough clean up and haul away the old windows. We have used Zephyr on two occasions and looking at a third time soon.

We just had our Renewal by Anderson order of 11 windows and one patio door completed by Zephyr. We are so happy with the product! It is beautiful and top of the line in quality!

The installation was seamless. Absolutely faultless, no glitches. Our installers were Jererd and Dustin. They are a great team! They have a system that really works. They were here early, worked nonstop, cleaned up everything before leaving, and kept us updated daily on their progress. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend this team to anyone.

Zephyr replaced our vinyl windows with Renewal by Anderson windows. Wow amazing difference. The structure, the hi-tech glass and the screens. Nate, a RbA Master Installer and the rest of the team, Bridget, Fred and Kenny are all professionals who I highly recommend. They were respectful of our home, inside and out and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were there!

Paul, the salesman for Zephyr was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Rod, Shane, Gerald and Bridget replaced 15 windows, 2 sliding glass doors and a whole new front door unit. They moved furniture, removed window treatments when necessary, and used drop cloths to keep the house clean. They vacuumed around the area when they were finished and even took time to explain how to open and clean window units. We were extremely impressed and would recommend to anyone!

We had 22 windows from the 1970s replaced during a cold snap in January by Zephyr Aluminum of Dubuque. Our salesman Paul was patient and professional. He followed up and even showed up on the job site while the work was being done. The technicians Nate and Jared were prompt professional and polite. They let us know when they would be coming and were always on time. The new windows are beautiful! They were even able to match the original trim color. Thank you Bruce for the attention to detail, measurements and stain. We can tell already we are saving energy. January and no more drafts. Highly recommend. Award winning crew for a reason.
